Tekmetric has become a leading standard because it's a web browser software, can be access anywhere with internet. The integration of ProDemand labor, parts tech, OEC repair link makes building a ticket so easy. The digital inspections are built into Tekmetric, and transfer right into the estimate. The inspections app allows you to take pictures with your high quality camera on your phones, use speech to text, then it's all imparted to the ticket instantly. Tekmetric was easy to implement in the shop because it is easy to use, and easy to learn. We use Tekmetric every day, I am the foreman of the shop and all the technicians use it, and it has made the shop more efficient. When you have a problem customer service is always there to fix it. If you have an idea they take that into consideration to update the system and make it even more user friendly.

I love being able to text customers and keeping everthing in one space. Being able to order parts, build estimates, send customes invoices for approval and ordering parts all in one makes this the best.
