Interface is very easy to use and very reliable. They have a ton of features and integrations I can use to further help my business succeed. Their DVI are set up very well and look great compared to other SMS's. Customer support is extremely helpful and always on top of things. The implementation was very easy and they have a great team on hand to help you with anything you could need.

Tekmetric has so many integrations. That whatever your need in your shop program it is easy to obtain. Being able to text estimates and invoice to customers has been very valuable. They can review their estimate and approve online. Once send invoice they can also pay online Not only do I love Tekmetric but my customers love it also. Easy to navigate the system even a novice will pick up the system. Estimates are quick and easy with being able to pull multiple labor and parts references at once.

I love the ease of use along with reporting that is accurate and easy to implement. The daily use of tekmetric by our teams gives us insight into the business and easily allows us to discover what we need to adjust to meet our sales and operational goals. Support is topnotch and if we run into issues, we get quick answers. Starting a new location is so easy and we love how it grows with our organization.

Being web based allows for easy access everywhere. Reports are easy to read and available for things I never even thought of. Easy to learn, streamlines estimate writing using smart canned jobs. Inspection forms are easily customized for your needs to give customers an accurate assessment of vehicle needs. Customer support when starting off is amazing and after the entry period they are still very responsive in resolving an issues.
