How do I login to Tekmetric?
Follow these steps to log into your Tekmetric account:

How can I connect my shop to Tekmetric?
Ideally, make sure you have a good Wi-Fi connection. If not, it’s still possible to connect through cellular devices or by tethering to your phone.
How many users or devices can I connect with Tekmetric?
As many as you want! Seriously. All your mechanics, technicians, service writers, and managers can access the platform. As the shop owner, you can regulate access permissions.
What happens if my internet connection is lost?
In the event of an internet outage, you can switch to tethering with a cellular device. Tekmetric operates efficiently, even on connection speeds as low as 1mb per second, so you can easily use it on your phone. You can even connect via dial-up without any slowdown.
What browser does Tekmetric support?
Tekmetric is cloud-based, so it is designed to work on the most recent versions of Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Google Chrome, as long as your shop has internet. However, our developers built Tekmetric in a Chrome environment, so we recommend using Google Chrome to have the best user experience.

Subscription and Pricing
Do you charge based on the number of users?
No, Tekmetric subscriptions are priced per shop, not per user. Adding a new shop simply requires purchasing an additional subscription.
Can I access integrated payments with my Tekmetric subscription?
Sure! While integrated payments are not included by default in the Tekmetric subscription, once your shop is activated, you'll have full access to our integrated payment features at no extra cost. Our seamless activation process ensures a smooth transition for our users, making it easy to unlock the benefits of integrated payments. Please note that monthly processing fees will apply based on volume and transaction types.
Does Tekmetric support multi-shop owners (MSOs)?

Do Accounts payable transfer over in Tekmetric?
Yes, Accounts Payable (A/P) data can be transferred into Tekmetric, especially if you're using accounting software integrations like QuickBooks. Tekmetric supports transferring your vendor payments, including those related to sublets, through our Accounting Link feature. When you record a sublet job in Tekmetric, and select the option to send it to Accounts Payable, it will appear in your financial reports until the payment is completed. This allows seamless tracking and integration of accounts payable within your shop management and accounting processes.
