The fact that the inspection software is integrated with the repair order software is extremely helpful. Coming from the dealership world (ADP/CDK) we had to have other CRM type softwares to do our inspections and it was always double the work for us to input the sold/ declined work into the DMS.

Accessible from anywhere, very little downtime, easy to learn, easy to navigate. Data migration was quick and painless during the implementation phase. Initially technicians and service writers were hesitant to learn new platform during the integration phase; however, they love the system after trying it and would never want to go back to Mitchell1.

My favorite part about tekmetric is the constant updated and the community involvement. They go above and beyond to hear out their users and constantly gain feedback to better the sofware. I have been using tekmetric so long I remember when we didn't have the texting features. There is not a shop software quite like it. From reports to the ease of capturing a digital signature Tekmetric is top notch! It is so easy to implement this software into the daily workings of a shop, whit it is intimidating at first, the customer support team is there to make the transition easy. And then you have an entire user group to bounce ideas off of. I have found it becomes easier to integrate all the features the longer we use the software, and each time there is an update thinks just never stop improving!
