Tekmetric covers almost every need we have in our shop. It is so easy to use and the new app helps our technicians do DVI's quicker. It's integrations with other companies marketing software is also extremely helpful. It is also very easy to implement with new hires.

We love that this software is easy to use for all staff from management, accounting, service writing, to technicians. Our staff loves tekmetric! We have been using the software for approximately 6 months and have seen a major improvement in tracking, customer return, and so much more!

Tekmetric has been a huge upgrade for Titan Auto & Tire and is lightyears ahead of other shop management software. The quick multi- shop accessability, reporting, canned jobs, and discounts save me a huge amount of time. Our managers can quicky scan other shops appiontments and inventory. The reporting allows one to drill down as deep as desired. The data migration was clean, quick, well communicated, and performed over the weekend. The integrations are seamless. The Tekmetric staff accepts suggestions and constantly improves the program. Our technicians can easily clock into multiple jobs and we can determine efficiency and productivity by tech or shop. Tekmetric is used daily at every level of our business.

It is very easy to use. I love that users can get on the feature board and submit suggestions/requests. Our customers love the estimate text option and I love that they have to sign to authorize. Customer support is very responsive.
