I like that it is so easy to use. All of the information that I need for each vehicle is always right at my fingertips within the program. I also LOVE that I can communicate with my customers, as well as send them the inspections and estimates right through the program with the click of a button so they can easily view and approve the work on their own. I especially like that it is easy for my technicians to use to notate their findings AND take photos that can be sent directly to the customer via the inspections. Recently they did an update where they added the ability to add more than one technician to a job. This is VERY helpful! A great system to use; I can go on and on about all of the great features all day long.

I really like the quick job feature that automatically pulls labortime and pulls up the part associated with that job from all of my suppliers and will quickly add the part to the job line. Its a huge time saver from having to add the job and then navigate to the supplier page and then look up the part.

I love how organized this system has made our shop. It prompts each step from customer calls, to quotes, then parts ordering, scheduling and finally cashing out. It all works together so smoothly from start to finish. We also like how much easier it is to track productivity and sales with this system. The ability to "can jobs" to be quoted over and over help us quote common items quickly and our customers LOVE the texting option. It also integrates well with our systems we already use.

I have been using it for about a year now, here are my thoughts. (Pros): 1) it is very user friendly, you can teach your grandpa and he will be using it in a day or two 2) Suppot time when back with you super quic van kly. 3) Very editable and customizable which makes great tickets for customers.
