As a 20+ year software developer I'm always looking for a company that starts right and continues right. Tekmetric checked all the boxes I needed to be able to trust them with the future of my business needs. Their in constant sdevelopment on new features. The user interface is current and easy to use. The functionality is robust. The customer service is quick and responsive. We use it 10 to 12 hours a day with no issues. All of our past cutomer information was ported easily for history refference and quick new ticket creation. The Implementation was easy. We integrated with their payment system and reduced all the friction for the customer.

Was initially hesitant to use Tekmetrice for a couple of reasons. One, I'm an "old timer" - not too eager to learn something new. Two, I was already used to another management software that I knew frontwards and backwards, but after 3 days of jumping all in, I found it easy to use and didn't have to go from screen to screen to gather all the info I needed.

Ease of use, new and old service writers find it easy to learn. I find it simple to get a hold of help when needed. When intergration occurred it was smooth. It is a breeze to population information about repairs whether written, photo or video. The digital inspection program and the ability to make adjustments to it is great.

Tekmetric is extremely user friendly. When we were looking at several POS products, this one has the best interface hands-down. The system is very intuitive and makes it easy to onboard new team members.
