Being web based allows for easy access everywhere. Reports are easy to read and available for things I never even thought of. Easy to learn, streamlines estimate writing using smart canned jobs. Inspection forms are easily customized for your needs to give customers an accurate assessment of vehicle needs. Customer support when starting off is amazing and after the entry period they are still very responsive in resolving an issues.

I like that I can access TekMetric from anywhere at anytime. I like having the ability to text or email customers their estimates directly from the software.
