super easy to naviagate and quick response

I like how intuitive it is for every member of the team. I like the responsiveness of the support staff. They are constantly asking for feedback from the users and acting on them.

Its a cloud/web based software that eliminates the need for in house servers, all I need is an internet connection. Clean lay out, ease of use. Complete of all the features I need to run my multi-location repair shops remotely and efficiently. The service and customer support staff is excellent, and focus on improving the systems to best fit the needs of the modern auto repair shop from vehicle repair process, digital inspections, digital customer communications, third party integrations and more. Tekmetric gets better and better. They listen to their clients and improve their systems from their client base needs. I have used several other systems before and by far tekmetric is the best I’ve found.
